Day 1 + 2 BKSA Kitesurfing Course

The easiest way to learn to Kitesurf. This Kitesurfing course will take you from setting up the kites, learning about safety packdowns to doing your first boardstarts. We will cover all safety aspects of kite handling and we expect that most clients that are totally new to the sport will be doing their first waterstarts by the end of Day 2. You can read more about our two day Kitesurfing lessons below. The two day kitesurfing course is aimed at the complete beginner.

The second day course does not have to be on the first day after your Day 1. It can be run a few days or a week or two after your Day 1 lesson. Please read the day one course page for more details. The day two course is essentially a small recap on the first day course followed by an intro to the board and your first waterstarts. We start with a few body drags that you will have learned on your Day 1 to get you comfortable with kite handling in the given conditions.

We then help you get the board to your feet for your first waterstarts. We hope to get you up doing very short runs nearer the end of your day two course. The majority of this course is based in the water so we provide 5mm winter wetsuits and wetsuit boots to help keep you warm. We will do all we can to keep you nice and warm in the colder months and run lessons 363 days a year.  Our Two Day course consists of the following content.
