We understand that going to the gym is not as fun as being outside in the fresh air! So to help keep
you fit and healthy we are offering fun packed evening courses that will run from April to October on weekday evenings.
During the two hour course you will either be powerkiting on the beach, Stand up Paddlesurfing or
freewater paddling on surfboards depending on what the weather conditions will allow on the day.
All of these sports use almost every muscle in your body and focus on balance
